1. Introduction
An important target for the "Jerusalem Lion Order" website (hereinafter: Data Controller or owner and operator of the Website) is visitors to the olj.hu website (hereinafter: Website) and persons establishing contact with the owner of the website via the "Contact" menu item (the hereinafter: Users or Visitors or Affected Persons) to protect the personal data provided by the Data Controller and to ensure the Users' right to self-determination of information.
We are committed to managing Users' personal data in a way that, in full compliance with the applicable legislation, contributes to Users' safe use of the Website. We treat Users' personal data confidentially in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, ensure their security, take the technical and organizational measures, and develop the procedural rules necessary to implement the relevant legal provisions and official recommendations.
We handle personal data in accordance with the provisions of the following legislation:
– Basic Law of Hungary;
– Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data (hereinafter: GDPR);
– Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: Civil Code);
– CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information law (hereinafter Infotv.);
– CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society law (hereinafter: Eker. tv.);
– Act C of 2003 on electronic communications (hereinafter: Act).
In this data management information - GDPR and Infotv. complying with its provisions - provides information on what personal data the website records, for what purpose, on what legal basis, how and for how long it is processed, to whom it is forwarded, and who can see the data. This data management information sheet also provides information on how Users can ask the Data Controller to clarify or delete processed data, as well as what legal remedies they have in the event of a violation of their rights related to data management.
By accepting the contents of this information, the User expressly consents to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Data Management information. Consent is given to the Data Controller by accepting the data management information that can be displayed when filling out the form under the "Contact" menu item on the olj.hu website.
The User must provide his/her name, e-mail address and telephone number among his/her personal data, the minimum condition for filling out and submitting the form is that the User must provide these, because otherwise the owner of the website will not be able to properly respond to the message sent by the User.
The Data Controller is not responsible for the accuracy of personal data provided by Users.

3. The scope of personal data handled and the purpose of data management
The website only records and manages personal data to which the User has voluntarily and expressly consented to the handling of the electronic contact.

4. Legal basis for data management
The legal basis for the data management carried out by the website is the voluntary and express consent of the Visitors who initiate electronic contact. Visitors to the website who wish to contact the owner of the website via the contact form can only send their message if they accept the Data Management Information and check the box to confirm this. Without accepting the Data Management Information, the "Send" button will not be activated, so the message cannot be sent. Consent can of course be revoked at any time during the data retention period. Our Visitors can do this via the contact details of the Data Controller in the form of a unilateral declaration. In case of withdrawal of consent, the website operator will immediately delete all personal data of the User. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing previously carried out based on your consent
5. Duration of data management
The website deletes electronic messages containing the personal data of the Data Subjects from its mail system after the message has been answered. If the response takes longer, the data retention period will not exceed 30 days.
6. Data security
The owner and operator of the website stores the personal data on a secure server operated with the cooperation of an external service provider, and through its service provider takes all necessary and expected precautions to protect the data - that is, to prevent the loss, unauthorized transmission, use, disclosure, modification, deletion or destruction of the data. , as well as to prevent unauthorized data entry. It also ensures the physical and access protection of the computer equipment used to display the electronic messages received on the contact form, operated directly by the owner and operator of the website.
7. Scope of persons entitled to access personal data
The owner and operator of the website is entitled to access personal data. Our external service provider operating the Website may also access personal data for the purposes and to the extent necessary for the performance of its tasks as part of its data processing activities.

Personal data may not be accessed by anyone other than the above-mentioned persons, and the persons entitled to access are obliged to treat the data they learn confidentially, and may not use it for purposes other than the original purpose of data management under any circumstances.
8. Cases of transfer of personal data

• to request the correction of their possibly inaccurate personal data;

• exercise the right to the portability of their personal data, i.e. they are entitled to receive their personal data in a widely used, machine-readable format, to transfer it to another data controller, or to request this, provided that the data processing is automated and based on a contract or consent, and that the exercise of the said right is otherwise does not infringe your legitimate interest or freedom;
• request the restriction of the processing of their personal data (for example, if the accuracy of the processed data is disputed or the illegality of data processing has arisen, until these circumstances are clarified);
• object to the processing of their personal data (for example, if the legal basis of the data processing is the enforcement of the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, or if the data processing takes place for direct business acquisition purposes - e.g. direct marketing), or withdraw their previously given consent to data processing at any time;
• to contact a supervisory authority or a court in case of data processing deemed to be harmful.
If the data subject applies to the owner and operator of the website with the intention of asserting his rights, we will inform him of the evaluation of the request and of the measures taken in connection with it within 15 days from the receipt of the request. If we do not agree with your request, we will inform you within the above deadline of the reasons for not taking the requested measure and of the legal remedies explained in point 10 (see: below). We provide the exercise of your above rights free of charge. Exceptionally, in a narrow circle, if your request is clearly unfounded or - especially due to its multiple, repetitive nature - excessive, then we can charge a reasonable reimbursement based on administrative costs, or we can refuse the measure.
10. Right to remedy
If, according to the User's judgment, he has suffered a violation of his rights in connection with the handling of his personal data by the owner and operator of the website, and the owner and operator of the website did not respond to his questions or comments in this regard, or did not respond in an appropriate time or manner, the User is entitled to the competent supervisory authority to file a complaint.

The Data Subjects are also entitled to apply to the competent court according to their place of residence, if, in their opinion, the owner and operator of the website handles their personal data in violation of the provisions of the law or the mandatory legal act of the European Union.
We recommend, however, that before initiating official or judicial proceedings, you use the option of submitting a protest or complaint to the owner and operator of the website.
